Because lifting weights, and actually challenging yourself when you train, is the foundation for everything we do.
You’ll have the option to train 3 or 4 days per week, at home or in the gym, with structured workouts that help you get stronger as the weeks go on.
Leveling Up Your Shape
This is about losing weight, dropping body fat, and bringing out the muscle definition you’ll be working for.
But we’re not doing it by cutting out everything you enjoy and handing you a plan you can only follow for a week before you’re over it.
You’ll get meal plans to follow, plus a simple food exchange list that makes it easy to swap foods in and out without throwing off your plan — and recipes you’ll keep coming back to long after the challenge is over.
Leveling Up Your Consistency
Because that’s the key to making progress.
Not going all-in for a week or two, then falling off because the plan was too much to keep up with.
Each week, you’ll get a Level Up Coaching video with a simple micro-challenge to focus on, so you can stack small wins and build momentum week after week.

The Challenge begins Monday, July 27. Everyone starts together so you’re on the same path as the entire community from Day 1.
You’ll receive your program materials on Friday, July 24. This gives you the weekend before we start to get set for Week 1. Once the Challenge is complete, you’ll keep lifetime access to any materials you download.
You’ll be able to choose between 3 or 4 strength training workouts per week (Gym or At-Home options), plus cardio workouts. Each workout should take about 45 minutes.
Nope! You’ll get both Gym and At-Home workout plans. At home, all you need are dumbbells, an adjustable bench and your own bodyweight.
If you’ve truly never lifted weights before, this Challenge may feel a little advanced to start with. But if you’ve lifted in the past, or it’s just been a while since you’ve been consistent, you’ll be fine. Every exercise comes with form guidance, and the at-home track is beginner-friendly while still challenging enough for experienced women.
Absolutely. Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s have seen incredible results every single round of our Challenges. The workouts and nutrition are built with your stage of life in mind.
You can still join and see amazing results! While the Challenge is specifically designed with women 40+ in mind (to address changes in metabolism, hormones, and recovery), the workouts and meal plans will deliver results at any age. If you’re younger and ready to get leaner, stronger, and more consistent, this program will work for you too.
No. While the private group community is hosted there (and we highly recommend it for support), you’ll get all your coaching, workouts, and meal plans delivered directly through your Challenge account.
Not at all. You’ll still see great results without sharing photos. But if you want to be eligible for prizes, you’ll need to upload them.
Yes! The Challenge includes both Vegan and Non-Vegan meal plans, plus food exchange lists for easy swaps.
This program isn’t designed as a Keto plan. It’s built on balanced nutrition to support strength, fat loss, and hormone health. If you’re looking for a custom Keto approach or need individualized adjustments, we offer 1:1 coaching. Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll help.
