45 Day Summer Abs Challenge Rules
The NicoleWilkins.com 45 Day Summer Abs Challenge (“The Challenge”) is a self-improvement body transformation challenge.
How To Enter
To officially enter The Challenge you must register online by visiting the sign up page and enter the required information. To enter and complete The Challenge, you must submit the following information (in English) via the online entry form at the beginning and end of The Challenge:
- 3 full-length digital photos taken from the (1) front, (2) back and (3) side. Women should wear a sports bra and shorts or bikini; men should wear shorts
- In your front-view photos, you must hold up a piece of paper with the challenge hashtag written on it. The hashtag will be emailed to you on April 24, along with a link where you can upload your photos and measurements.
- The following measurements in the US Standard System (feet/inches/pounds): height, weight, waist, hips, arm and thigh.
The entry period for submitting “Before” information will begin on April 24, 2017 at 12 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) and end on May 2 at 11 pm EST.
Upon completion of The Challenge, the period for submitting “After” information will begin on June 15 at 12 pm EST and end on June 18 at 11 pm EST.
NW Fitness Group is not responsible for internet connectivity, email delays or lost entries.
How Winners Will Be Selected
The Challenge judges from NW Fitness Group, Inc will select winners based on a combination of the biggest visual and numerical (weight loss, measurements) transformations, with an emphasis placed on the abdominal region. A total of three (3) winners will be selected:
- 1 Grand Prize Winner
- 2 Runner-Up Winners
Winners of The Challenge will be announced on June 26, 2017.
Who’s Eligible to Enter?
The Challenge participants must be at least 18 years of age. Winners must live in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) or Canada. Participants from other countries may enter The Challenge, but are not eligible to win either the Grand Prize. Winners must live in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) or Canada to qualify for the Runner-Up prizes as follows: 6-Pack Fitness Bag and Shop Pink Ivy Sneakers. Winners outside of the domestic United States do qualify to receive the $1000 USD Runner Up prize. The Challenge is subject to applicable federal and state laws and is void where prohibited.

If you sign up for a membership when registering for the challenge, the 10% discount will automatically be added to your purchase. (Note: All memberships recur unless cancelled by the member prior to end of contract term)
Regulations and Requirements
NW Fitness Group, Inc reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.nicolewilkins.com. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of NW Fitness Group, Inc.
Each participant in The Challenge assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation. Consult with your physician or health care provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. Participants in The Challenge expressly NW Fitness Group, Inc, its distributors and affiliated companies, and the directors, officers and employees of any of them from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in The Challenge.
Participants must notify NW Fitness Group, Inc in writing of any change of email address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached within ten (10) days at the address or phone number provided will be disqualified.
Submission of your completed entry form and photos for The Challenge constitutes your express consent and permission for NW Fitness Group, Inc, and any of its affiliated companies, to use your name, photographs and written responses (in whole or in part) for promotional and advertising purposes in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction or further consideration of any kind, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the The Challenge. Submission of your entry information shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to NW Fitness Group, Inc of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, of your photographs and written responses.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values
There will be three (3) prize packages awarded.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner: Winner will receive a three (3) night trip to Las Vegas and two (2) VIP tickets to Joe Weider’s Olympia Weekend on September 14-17, 2017. Prize includes two (2) round trip airplane tickets to Las Vegas, three (3) nights in a hotel selected by NW Fitness Group, Inc, transportation to and from airport in Las Vegas, plus a $50 per diem for three (3) days. Parking and other fees do not apply.
Two (2) Runner-Up Winners: One runner-up winner will receive $1000 USD plus a Polar Heart Rate Monitor; One runner-up winner winner will receive $1000 USD plus a pair of Shop Pink Ivy custom sneakers.
All winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes except at the option NW Fitness Group, Inc in the event of unavailability. All winners must sign a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing NW Fitness Group and its affiliates, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the Challenge.
Refund Policy
You are entitled to a refund provided you email [email protected] stating the reason for your refund before April 27, 2017. NW Fitness Group, Inc does not offer refunds once the Challenge program is live on the website and available for download.
