You are correct. Just take your time with it….it may seem like a lot of food but your body will adjust.
I was hesitant about the five meals because I hadn’t eaten that way in 10 years, when I was training for a competition. (I didn’t make it to the stage.) I remember being worried about that then as well, and I was shocked that in the first week, I lost two pounds and got into my best shape ever.
Your body does indeed adjust and you need it to fuel your workouts.
