I have followed the video link from Nicole & have pinned the challenge to my home page. How can I get it to transition from exercise demo back to workout plan? Whenever I watch a video demo then hit back to go back to the workout plan, it takes me back to the home page of the challenge.. I don’t think that’s going to be too time efficient at the gym😣

Save it to the files on your phone, and access it from there instead of the Internet link.

I have also followed all the instructions, have it saved on my phone, and it just keeps taking me back to the first page of the challenge booklet. Is there any way around this? It’s so cumbersome.

I have the book saved to files and when i click the link, at the top right it says file, takes me right back to the page i was on.

You have to make sure you are opening the File you saved on your phone, and that you’re not opening the shortcut that you saved on your phone….if that makes sense. If you create the shortcut and put it on your home screen, and you open that one, it won’t take you back to where you were. You have to go into your files and open the ebook there. I haven’t been able to figure out how to save the file to my homescreen on my new iphone. So I just go into my files to open it.

Yep! Except for me, on my iphone, the “< files” is in the top left corner

I save it to my Books app on my iPhone and click the links from that app. It opens the demo in another window, then I go back to Books, and it is right where I left off.
    Hope that helps!

It took me a few challenges and listening to the instructions that Nicole posts. I would also imagine that Android and iPhones may be different. (maybe .. idk) I have an android. I open the eBook and DOWNLOAD IT. Then on my phone, I go to my “My Files” then “Downloads” hold down the file to select it and on my Android, once it’s selected, i have to click the bottom right three dots… “MORE” and then “ADD TO HOME SCREEN.” This allows me to pull up the workout on my phone and if I need a refresher on the exercise or want to look at form, I can click the exercise and watch a demo. Then I can go back to the workout page.
I hope this is helpful. 🙂
