ParticipantI forget but if I love meal 1, option 1 can I do that for all 4 meals except the post workout? Or is it better to choose an option from each Meal 1-4?

ParticipantI have a question about the cottage cheese ; hemp seed; chia seed and oat bran
How would one plan to prepare this?
Cook oat bran and add the seeds and cottage cheese on side?
Just curios on how this should be prepared thank you

It depends on the person…but I would eat the cottage cheese plain and cook the oat bran and then add the hemp and chia into that. But that’s just me.

I’m curious what others would do. I’m super plain the way I eat my food.

ParticipantI have looked up overnight oats bran recipes
I thought oat bran mixed with cottage cheese for that would pair well; however the recipe is saying nonfat yogurt and that doesn’t fit for the meal plan Nicole has spelled out !
I like Honey; not sure that could be a replacement for the truvia… I prefer natural honey to sweeten my foods

ParticipantIt says to measure all veggies cooked except lettuce. I love eating raw veggies vs cook, and sometimes I just need that crunch. How would I measure out raw like red pepper or cauliflower?

Honey will add extra carbs.

I would follow what the exchange list has and what meals have a vegetable and you can repeat that meal multiple days if you want.
