Hi there. “Johnny come lately” here. Lol. I just joined the challenge today and I’ve gone over the Ebook etc. I’m not sure if this is where I ask but I do not know which meal plan to follow. I am 5’3 and 174lbs. Can you please let me know?
Also, I practice intermittent fasting. Is it ok to continue and try and get these meals in an 8 hr window?! Or do you recommend not fasting for the duration of this challenge.

Use the meal plan that corresponds with your height. You can try to fast but it might be hard to fit those in an 8 hour window. You can try following the plan as it’s written and just see how you feel. You can always change it up.
