    It is a typo mistake in this exercise?

    Seated Close Grip Cable Pulldown (floor) *increase time each round

    Because is calling for 10 reps each time and not time

    Or means increase weight?

    Hi there! Where can I find the workout log sheets? I’ve looked through the ebook but can’t seem to find them. May have missed them? Thank you

    There aren’t log sheets per say but there is an accountability tracker on I believe page 82

    If you go to the same page you downloaded the challenge, there is a separate download that has the workout tracker

    There is a separate download for the workout tracker. I think it’s 21 pages. Not in the ebook but on same page that you download the ebook. So there are pages to track weight and reps
