I have a question is someone else in my situation bc i almost skipped the photo part but i change my mind last minute! Why bc in January i completed a challenge where i start with 162 pounds i think losing almost 20 pounds then i did the buns&guns where i look so good! In august i started old habits and i can’t find no motivation to make any diet! I keep working out but not that serious! But i eat everything now here I’m starting this challenge with 178 pounds!!😭😭😭 idk how i end up in this situation but here I’m’
That’s ok. We all have ups and downs like that. I would work on trying to make 1-2 habits stick and make it work for you and your lifestyle. That way you don’t feel like you are on and off something when a challenge starts and when it ends. It can be alot doing a challenge because you want to be perfect. But that’s not the goal…just do your best and take what things work well for you and try and make those things stick. You are here. Congrats and make the most of it.
