I want to ask A question about net carbs versus total carbohydrate content. If I have A bagel that would normally have 37 total carbs but it also 18g of fiber then my net carbs would only be 19G.
The question I have is;
Should I be calculating total carbs no matter how much fiber is in it for this challenge?
Or, should I be calculating net carbs?
There are A lot of brands that boast low carbs but they do that because there is A lot more fiber not because their total carbohydrates is necessarily low.
So NET carbs or TOTAL carbs?
