One scoop weights 30grams and is 20grams of protein. The scoop on the recipe is the weight, not how much protein is in the recipe. The whole shake should only have 24 grams of protein.
I maybe misunderstood. I thought she was seeing the 1 scoop (30grams). My bad. I see on the other meal plans it’s 30g of protein which would weigh 45g. My bad. My apologies if I was confusing.
No worries Mae, I misunderstood the question. I saw it as 30g of protein and just asking if she could use that. But you are right, 30g is the measurement for how much protein to use……I would still just say, use what protein you have and hopefully the protein content is close to the goal.
