Hi there for the buns and guns there isn’t a phase 1 and 2 for nutrition. There are just base days and high days designated for each day of the week. So the nutrition will vary that way.
I have done many challenges, and I am surprised there are only 3 recipes, and it states Phase 1 are there more recipes for Phase 2?
I was surprised by this as well. I was really hoping for a muffin or protein bar/balls of some type. I’m not a huge Greek yogurt fan. But I’ll have to learn to like it.
