Hi, today for the single arm snatch to reverse lunge. That was a tough one. Why is it that I can do the snatch part, but the reverse lunge while holding my arm up in the air is sooooo difficult? I felt like I could barely do a lunge at all. Loved attempting it. My knee didnt want to go down barely at all. Is it just because its a new move for me? Thanks!!
Most definitely because it’s a new move, it requires stabilization in a different way than you’re probably used to, the unilateral movement (single arm/leg) as well as constant core activation. Just like with anything keep at it, you’ll get better at it 😊
