Wondering if it’s OK if I mix and match the meals. For example, for meal 1, I like Option 1 (with the Apple Cinnamon Muffins), but then for Meal 2, I would like Meal 1 option 2 (Greek yogurt and fruit). So basically, taking any of the meals offered in Meal 1 through 4 and mixing them up. Thanks!

Hi, I am following the women’s meal plan 2. I want to exchange the apple muffins. It says S/C, so Im having an English muffin, for the 1/2 lean protein Im having 1 slice of turkey bacon, and for 1/2 the fruit I am having half of a bananna along with the 2 eggs and 1 egg white. Is this a correct exchange? Thank you.
