Are there individual videos for the workouts at home? I know the home workouts have the follow along. The internet at home is not the greatest and just want to see the movements Im not sure of instead of watching the whole thing before hand.

There are not. But there are Markers on the video where you can fast forward to a move and just see what it looks like. This is taken from page 17 of the ebook. There are video demonstrations for every single
exercise in the Gym Workout Plan. (If you’re doing
the At-Home Workouts, you’ll be following along
with me through the entire session.) Just click the
exercise name or the “PLAY” button next to it in the
workout chart to view.I’m trying to open the video on the workouts and it’s not allowing me. Do I have to sign in to the Vimeo app that pops up? Or any other way I can get to see the video? Thank you

You shouldn’t have to log in to vimeo. Are you just clicking the link? It should just pull up when I click “start the workout” at the bottom of the at home pages. Email [email protected] if you have done the above and are still having trouble.
Hi Maureen, click on the arrow to play and vimeo pops up as if I have to apply. The screen where the video is black and below just shows the arrow to start play, just doesn’t let me till I apply vimeo

Can you email [email protected] they can help with technical stuff. I don’t see the same thing as you. I can get it up and running. I’m sorry I don’t have more answers for you on this.
