I'm just someone from Arkansas that loves to help others. I love my husband and our life together. I dig being in the gym as much as I can, whether it be to train myself or leading a class. I don't believe in "grey" areas so what you see is what you get with me. 45 years old and still going strong. ;) Love my life...God has blessed me so much.
