Great! Thanks! I didn’t want to give them up so I just kept telling myself it was protein, not fat breathe. Lol

It is not the eggs being weighed or an app issue. There is just no way to have 27 gr protien in 4 egg whites (which is correct) AND 20 gr protein in the protein powder (which is correct) AND have only 27 gr protein total.
Something IS wrong with the recipe. Which makes my heart sad lol because I love these. BUT they throw the plan WAY off.
    Nicole and team, please advise!

Thanks for the help. Mine has 20 grms as well. We have a 14 calorie differnce between Npower and the brand I’m using.
When I do just 4 plain cakes its 90 calories over still.
When I adjust 2 two flavored cakes its still about 70 calories too much.

See screen shot of the recipe as listed in MFP. (My protein is 14 calories more is all. Npower has two more carbs than mine, Mine has one gr of fat more.)

So, how should I adjust this to keep the macros right. I can fiddle with it but wonder your official suggestion so I know I’m on track.

    TIA!

The post workout option 1 in female MP3 is extremely off as well and I can’t figure out what to drop. At first, I thought it was just too many rice cakes, but that does not fix it.

    Hi Maureen,
I am sorry. I must not have been clear. I am only limited on the extensions. The rest I am fine on. My question was in clarification of what Nicole suggested of hack squats for replacement of the drop-set extensions. I wondered if since there were already hack squats if we are replacing the extensions with a hack, was Nicole saying that we should do the first regular set of hacks as written and then ADDITIONALLY do the drop sets of hacks too?
Otherwise, if I just went with the home version it looks like it is a wall sit?

TIA and sorry for the confusion.

I came on looking for advice with the same question. Normally I have just replaced them with a single-leg squat because it was simple. But, with the drop set I wondered if there were a better suggestion since all the suggested alt were still extensions. Being that we are already doing a hack squat on that day, would you suggest the regular hack squat as written PLUS a drop set of hack squats then?

    Thanks! Alisha Stubbs
