    I am so confused from all the different questions about Thursday, Day 4 Tabata workout. As I understand it I would do the warm up and then start my timer. Circuit 1 – I would do 4 times (rounds) through to make it complete then move to Circuit 2- but when I use the TABATA app it only has me go through Circuit 1- twice because. that’s 4 minutes. How long should this workout. be in total time? I’m just not sure what I’m doing wrong but I’d like to be able to do the workout.

    I have another question about the Greek chicken- is it acceptable to just grill the chicken with the marinade and then put into 4oz.servings and grill the veggies separately? I absolutely love the taste of the chicken! It’s the best! I just don’t like the time it takes to make the kabobs.

    I have a similar question because I’m 5’4.5″ I’ve been following Meal Plan 2 which has been good for me because I didn’t want to lose too much more weight after the Buns-n -Guns 45 day Challenge, but should I follow Meal plan ! since I’m only a half an inch taller? I weigh 125 right now and that’s been pretty consistent. I truly love these challenges! They help me focus so much!

    I just have one quick question… do we eat our Meal 5 after the Tabata work out or save it for the end of the day?

    I tried a little bit of Lemon Crystal light and it was delicious! Like dessert! Thank you for the suggestion! I love it!

    I also have the same question about doing fasted cardio. I love getting up and doing cardio first thing, but I sometimes need to eat a little bit because I’m hungry. I’m not sure what to eat? I am getting ready to go do my cardio now:-) So I guess I’ll try fasted cardio?
