I am 5’6 and 133 lbs and 34 years old, I am wanting to build muscle (glutes and back) but I want to cut fat so that I lose my flabby tummy. I workout 3 days a week, 30 mins cardio and I try to lift heavy. What macros would you begin with for me to start my goals and how may calories would you take in? How do I know when and how to manipulate that number in the future. Do you have any other recommendations? Thank you
