Anyone in the challenge interested in timers for the workouts? I have them all prefilled for the 9 weeks using the SecondsPro App.

This is a Google Doc with 8 separate links for the individual timers.
You’ll need the Seconds Pro App and should be able to import them into it.
once you have the app you should be able to click on the link, then click the red box where it says “Add timer to Seconds”
