ParticipantI found one more. Gym Workouts, Phase 2, Day 2, Face Pull (straight bar). I can view the Face Pull (Rope) but not the straight bar one it just goes to the sign up page inviting me to become a member.
I am guessing that the exercise looks the same as the Rope one so I should be good but you might want to fix the link for others.

ParticipantI am having the same problem with the kneeling alternating arm/leg raise. Takes me to the membership page even when logged in. If I search the excersise in the data base it also takes me to the membership page. So I don’t think there is an issue with the link in the challenge. It appears to be an issue with the link for the excersise.

ParticipantSo strange. No it does not either. It takes me to the screen like I am not a member but when I check at the top I am still logged in and says my membership is active. It’s only this one particular exercise. All the others work fine. I dont see anyone else with this issue so it must be unique to me for some reason. No worries. I can just do it as a double leg since I am not sure how to do it as a single leg.

ParticipantThanks Maureen. That is so odd. I tried typing in the exercise in the search tool and it comes up that there is no exercise. I must be doing something wrong. It’s the Single leg Exercise Ball lying Hamstring Curl. I know how to do it with both legs on the ball but not with only one leg on the ball. for me the link does not work and also it does not come up when you search it.
All the other links appear to work just fine. Can you let me know what I do with the one leg. Do I hold it out straight or have it cross the leg doing the work?Alana Free

ParticipantI have a question about the muffin recipe as well. I don’t use fake sugar. Any suggestions on what I could use instead and how much? could I for example add in a small amount of pumpkin puree? for the taste and sweetness? I am OK if they are not very sweet just don’t want to make them not come out like a muffin. I am not a great baker to begin with!!

ParticipantI have an english muffin question as well. I pull them apart so there are 2 halves that I put in the toaster. Just confirming. Is one serving both halves? or is one service just one of the sides of an english muffin?
