I was going to ask this exact same question (thought about guessing with 1/4 cup) and I don’t think weighing the batter will help me any, as I usually make batter in a heavy porcelain bowl. If you were to use a cup to dip it out and put in in the waffle maker or pan (I’m really tempted to do pancakes) which cup would you use?

    Nicole,

Hopefully this is what you were looking for screenshot wise, unless you meant each individual food or the total macros, etc. They are by group: Breakfast (my meal 2), Lunch, Dinner, and snacks (My pre and post workout meals since I go to the gym at 3:30-4:00 am). Please let me know if you need something different! I did notice rice cake wise that my carbs will be larger since I bought the caramel ones, next week I will switch to the lightly salted ones (yuck!) since they are 7 carbs instead of 11 per rice cake. Also, I think my green apple was too large, as it measured out at 9.14 ounces and I noticed there were posts on what size to get. In MFP it kept giving me 5.5 ounces for a medium so I doubled it. Will look for smaller apples next week.

Sure! How exactly would you like me to screen shot it?

I was just about to post this! Today I am starving and I just ate lunch! I’m usually starving at night since my dinner is at 3. I keep trying to figure out if I can add a meal after lunch or after dinner so I don’t succumb to binging. I am drinking over 100 ounces of water which helps, but at night I’m becoming more and more hungry!!!

I was just about to ask this same question as my last meal will be at 3 and I will be in bed at 8-9. Wondering if it’s ok to go that long without eating or if this is expected.

Yes, 4 am workouts are the best! Going to the gym after 5 pm is a nightmare for me. It’s super crowded, even parking is terrible! But if needed I can probably manage a decent cardio workout on one of the cardio machines. Trying to get a good quality weightlifting workout with everything in a certain order, etc is very difficult when people are hogging machines, barbells, etc, especially if your on a time limit.

The machine I am referring to looks like this.
