    A previous poster noted that combining meals is ok, so if you miss one or two and are hungry enough you can eat two together later.

    I’ve had this problem due to certain protein powders also. I can’t use whey based for this reason and have to choose plant based, but even then it’s taken me some experimenting to find a brand that doesn’t make me bloated. It could be a combination of things for you, and protein powder might play a part like it does for me.
