    Hi there,
    I signed up for the 45-day shred challenge and I read through all the material and listened to the video on Mother’s day. You mention that you can’t be doing another program while doing 45-day shred and win any prizes. I am doing a couch to 5k running app program. Does that count against me? Or are you only referring to other challenges from your competitors?

    Oh that’s fine! We just stipulate that you can not be participating in another challenge while following ours, in order to be eligible to win prizes. We have had to disqualify people in the past who were doing this. In order to be fair to everyone participating we have to be sure you are following Nicole’s program 🙂

    Hey Sarah –

    Unfortunately we can’t go into too much detail, but there will be five days of workouts per week. Each workout will incorporate multiple muscle groups, so more of a upper/lower/push/pull/total body type of a split, depending on the phase you are in (Phase 1 or Phase 2). Hope that helps!

    Always eat the post workout meal within 30-45 minutes after your weight training workout, Then adjust all meals according.

    Pre workout nutrition is up to you, if you feel like you need to eat Meal 1 before you train at that time. If you do that, your meals for the day would be:

    1st Meal (preworkout) – Meal 1
    2nd Meal – Post workout Meal
    3rd Meal – Meal 2

    So on and so forth. We do not recommend splitting up meals as the post workout meal is designed to be taken after your weight training workout.

    All exercises in this program have exercise demo videos – please make sure you are looking at those below the printable charts. There is no need to look up any exercises, unless you are training at home 🙂

    Hey all –

    After checking with Nicole, that was an editing mistake and should not have been included in this Challenge. That sentence has been removed. There is only one meal plan per weight/height range. The meal plan is the same for training and non-weight training days, save for one difference.

    The only difference:

    On days you weight train, you will eat your Post Workout Meal within 30-45 minutes after you weight train and shift all other meals accordingly. On days you do not weight train, you will eat that meal as Meal 5.

    The same way you perform any other set, basically. You are doing 7 sets with 30 seconds rest between each set. Choose a weight you can do for the prescribed number of repetitions and do not lower that weight for any of the 7 sets.

    We usually recommend KIND granola but not every country has that brand. Any orignial granola should do – the nutrition facts for most grands of generic granola are very similar

    All of the meal plans are on the Phase 1 and Phase 2 training pages. There are four meals a day and one Post-Workout shake, which you will only be taking on days you weight train.

    Hey everyone –

    Yes, international residents are eligible for the Grand Prize ($5000 or a trip to Southern California to hang out and train with Nicole) and the $1500 Runner-Up Prizes. Since nPower Nutrition does not currently ship outside of the US, International residents are not eligible for the three-month supply of nPower Nutrition supplements. You will need a valid US shipping address in order to receive the supplements.

    All videos are posted except for two videos for Phase 2 – Behind The Head Cable Curl and Single Leg Hyperextension. This will be posted this weekend so you will have plenty of time to get up to speed before you need to perform those exercises in Week 2 🙂

    Hi Linda – where are you seeing Friday the 13th? I don’t see what you are referencing. The program starts on Monday.

    Tawna – everyone who enters the challenge is automatically added to the challenge mailing list and will receive all challenge emails, unless there was a typo when you entered the challenge which does happen.
