    Hi Monica☺, I feel your pain!! Have you tried the Poise products? They have pads (kind of like a wet diaper after a while but at least it’s not your pants!) and also an insert much like a tampon but designed for easy removal and it gently pushes on the urethra to stop the leakage. I love running but after having 2 children in my mid 30s my bladder has totally given out and the Impresa from Poise really helped me get back out there without worry about pee running down my leg through my runs, HIIT, sneezes, laughing fits, etc. The Poise website has great info on the product.     Hello Fit Friends! I do weight training and cardio between 5-6:30 am (up by 4/4:30 am). I don’t like to eat a big meal (meal 1) before going to the gym and if starting my meals that early (4:30 am) will run out of food to early in the day. What’s the best pre-workout snack, post sleep, to get me through to meal 1 around 7:30 am? Should I do the shake since my meal 1 is right after my workout?
