Rene AmesParticipantI have also asked the question about is cardio acceleration our 5th cardio. Would love to know the answer. Also, did you guys notice that on Thursday when we do chest and triceps that the calendar says to do abs but there are no ab exercises on the PDF or in the videos?

Rene AmesParticipantI was wondering the same thing. So I guess we do 4 cardios on top of the weights and the Saturday cardio acceleration workout is our 5th cardio. Hope that’s right 🙂
Rene AmesParticipantSorry… for example the reverse dumbbell lunge says to do 15 reps each leg. So I took that as we need to get 15 reps every set. Or is it OK to increase ourweight and maybe only get 10 reps. Just wondering on any of the exercises that don’t give a rep range if it’s better to not pyramid and make sure we get all of the required reps in.
