    GREAT idea Maureen…where have you been all my life? I work out from 6-7 and by the time I’m home it can be late for dinner/last meal. 🙂

    Hello, I’m late to the discussion but I blend the oats in my blender then add the egg whites, cinnamon, some water (depending on how much egg whites/oatmeal) 1 tsp baking powder and then either put in a waffle iron or make pancakes.

    I up my water and take a Fish Oil Supplement and that seems to help. Also Epsom Salt baths are wonderful for that.
