    The vegan chili recipe has an option of adding turkey to it. It’s in the ingredient list. This maybe the turkey chili recipe. Also, I don’t see the apple muffins but I am going to need those vegan brownies in my life somehow 😂

    Great question. I use this turkey bacon too. It’s actually tasty compared to most.

    I use Costco egg whites too. On my container, in very fine print, it says “two tablespoons equals 1 egg white.” It says 3 tablespoons subs for one whole egg. I used 28 tablespoons and they came out just fine.

    I take Sambucol, elderberry extract. I work in a doctors office and people cough on me all day. So far I haven’t caught anything. The flu is definitely going around. Wash your hands, hand sanitize and try not to touch your face.

    I like About Time protein. They have many flavors and sweeten with stevia. I will of course try Nicole’s when it’s available.

    Hi Nicole,
    I am currently doing the Olympia Challenge and have been cooking separate meal items for my husband like meatloaf and mac and cheese. I was just curious what Alan eats while your on prep. Do you cook for him or is he on his own, lol. Does he eat the same foods you do? I did see on Instagram he was having PB with his banana?

    Hmmm I just noticed on chest and back day that there is a discrepancy with the number of sets we are doing for back. The print out says 4 sets of each back exercise but down in the exercise link it says 3 sets for two of the exercises and one 4 set for the other. I’ve been doing the latter. Guess I need to kick it up a notch for week 4. ?

    I have a similar question. I can do 4 chin-ups at a time but only one pull up. I think the chin ups are increasing my strength for the pull ups. I’m wondering if I should continue with doing chin ups first and then going to the assist machine to do pull ups?? Any thoughts?

    I use About Time whey as well. It is one of the best tasting whey supp’s, chocolate, that I have tasted. It’s sweetened with Stevia. I’m eager for Nicole’s line to come out too. I also am interested in any rec’s on amino’s and glutamine that do not contain artificial sweeteners. I’m good with stevia ,NO sugar alcohols for sure
