have a look at REAL WORKOUT: TABATA BOARD CARDIO CIRCUIT WORKOUT on Nicole’s Page you might be able to do it at home and is nice for a change. She also have one HIIT session where she only uses the bench, so tough but awesome at the same time!
I like being able to rotate the bar forward to hook it back in place, it’s safer I think 🙂
I saw Nicole doing it like this in one of her videos so must be right!
