    My take on it was that the second version you are in a high plank, so on your toes when you lift one leg and arm, where as the first one it says kneeling

    You can just shift your rest days around and count Tuesday as your rest day and shift your workouts forward by a day.

    Okay, that sounds good. I love the recipes that she did include in this challenge, that’s why I wanted to use even more of them lol. But that makes sense, I will save them for later. I just didn’t know if there was something about calculating macros etc that I just didn’t understand that would enable me to use the others. Thanks so much for the reply!

    For my plan which is at home dumbbell/body weight, the first giant set says 20 reps (some are per arm) and says to perform 4 rounds, then the 2nd giant set is 25 reps (some are per leg) and says to perform 4 rounds.

    Darn, I wish I had read the tips above before making mine tonight. I ended up doubling the amount of nut butter and coconut oil because it was so dry and even then it was barely holding together, so I added a bit more honey. I’ll have to try the recipe again with a tbsp of almond milk so that my macro counts aren’t all messed up.
