Hello. I just finished Phase 2 legs/glutes. That felt good. Although I’m struggling. I was tested 3 weeks ago, and I’m in menopause. Early…I’m 45. I’m struggling bad. My weight is up 8 lbs, all in my stomach and legs. I’m only 5’1. I can’t lose a pound no matter what I do. Does anyone have supplement suggestions IF you’ve also experienced this? The struggle is REAL!?
