    The first superset says 5 sets of barbell squat but only 3 sets of barbell squat pulses. Is this a typo-o?

    Yes. It should be 3 sets squats and 3 sets of pulses.

    Wondering if we pick a weight where both the squats and pulses can be performed or do we lower weight for pulses?

    Also, superset 2: dumbbell squat (drop set) and jump squat, do we complete the dropset before moving on to the jump squat?

    I saw on another thread that there was an error. The avocado toast recipe is only one serving. Check the plan again, I believe it was corrected.

    I also have a question about the Nordic curl. I tried it today and my hamstrings kept cramping up. Any ideas?
