    The fattier the meat is the more it will shrink when cooked. Leaner meats not as much.

    I started a post about this as well. I went to zoom it said it starts on Monday then I got notified Nicole was going to be 10 minutes late but I missed the zoom call. I am hoping it was recorded so we can see it.

    flax seeds and chia upset my stomach. To help with this I put chia seeds in liquid to allow them to expand outside my body.
    “soak chia seeds in water before consuming them or drink water while eating them to aid proper digestion.”

    Side effects of flaxseed include:
    bloating.
    stomach ache.
    constipation.
    gas (flatulence)

    3 cups of egg whites seems like a lot with only 20 g. of oats.
    But the 4 servings makes more sense.

    I have been training for awhile and took a few days off before the start of the challenge and since Monday’s leg day workout I could barely move. I was going to take today off but decided to give it a go. I ended up tweaking my knee and omitting the lunges. I stretch, warm up, and foam roll and it still hurts. 🙂 But, it’s a good kind of hurt.lol
    Rest day is coming!

    I am having the same problem. I review the exercises before I start so I can flow smoothly. If I forget I will go back and check it out but knowing ahead of time really helps without all the scrolling.
