Oh my goodness! I thought I was going to die during that workout today! I have to modify the jumps and it was still tough, it felt like I was new to training. Bring on the weight-loss.

MariaParticipantMaureen, Thank you for responding. I had a test scheduled that said no caffeine that day. I got so sick I almost ended up in the ER. When I saw how addicted I was and how my central nervous system responded, it was quite the wake up call. Every day I wake up and say maybe tomorrow.
