    I didnt see any triceps/shoulders for today.

    Oh my goodness! I thought I was going to die during that workout today! I have to modify the jumps and it was still tough, it felt like I was new to training. Bring on the weight-loss.

    They are good for a low carb diet unless you are sensitive to sugar alcohols. For this challenge eating real whole foods would be best from everything I’ve read on here.They are high in fat too.

    I am much stronger than I was a month ago and very happy about it. I’ve lost 4-5 pounds. I need to lose a whole lot more so I am looking forward to this next phase to get me going. Treated myself to a Chinese Relaxation foot massage this morning.Happy feet!

    Maureen, Thank you for responding. I had a test scheduled that said no caffeine that day. I got so sick I almost ended up in the ER. When I saw how addicted I was and how my central nervous system responded, it was quite the wake up call. Every day I wake up and say maybe tomorrow.

    I have a paid membership on myfitnesspal so I don’t know if it is available for nonmembers but when I put in the foods by meal it breaks the macros up for me and I can see how I am doing throughout the day.

    I love my lacrosse ball for PF! I always stretch the calf/foot before getting out of bed or after sitting for long periods. It really helps.

    Are you doing stretches and exercises to help relieve the pain? Roll your foot with an ice bottle? Good shoes?
