    Mine is 15 pecans, I’ve been eating 15 full ones! Oh dear!!

    Mondays are quad days! So yesterday I started my final week, week 4. I just realised I have made a silly mistake, instead of sumo squats, I’ve been doing sumo deadlifts! hahahaha
    I have no idea how I got that one wrong, I’ve been reading it wrong the whole time! Been doing 4 sets with 220lbs, on a weekly basis, so hope it will count towards the end! Felt gutted when I picked up on that yesterday and threw in some extra things to try and make up for it 🙁

    Oh, I’ve been writing people off left, right and centre! I’ve said good bye to close friends that are not willing to support me and my choices. Life is too short to having to explain yourself when you are doing what’s best for you.

    I don’t have to explain to anyone why I’m not drinking, why I carry a protein shake or lunch box with me wherever I go.

    No darling, you have to do what makes you happy! Put yourself first. Those that matter will support you, you dont have to beg for the support. Not just diet and training related, but that is my general rule in life!
