    I diced mine and fried on non stick with garlic then simmered in apple sauce for 10 min. So so yummy. They drown in that much apple sauce

    I am yet to find endives here in NZ. It’s a winter vegetable and it’s summer here but I would have to buy from a specialty store.

    I need 1 1/2 portion on my plan option. I make the 4 serving portion which makes 9 and divide into 3. So essentially I have 1 1/3 serving portion. I don’t think that by missing a 1/3 of a pancake is going to make much difference, they are very filling.

    I use a well conditioned cast iron pan med-high heat just on smoking. 1 min each side for 1/2inch sirloin for rare. No oil required.

    I cooked a 1/2 batch and were perfect. Best protein pancakes I’ve ever had. Had some reheated in microwave this morning and also just as good. Time to try freezing some as I won’t have time when I go back to work next week.
