ARMENTA FOWLERParticipantI also noticed that the calories do not match. Example low day says 212 for post-workout meal meal plan 2 and high day for meal plan to post-workout is 272. A scoop of protein powder is 100 calories and if each muffin is 92 calories then that’s 284 calories for a scoop of protein and two muffins so it’s wrong on both
ARMENTA FOWLERParticipantI was wondering the same about women’s meal plan 2 it says 212 for post workout low day and 272 high day. Low and high day is exactly same protien powder and 2 muffins but that is 284 cal. It doesn’t match rather day
