    So the calories for mp2 high day post workout is 376 and not 272? And for low day 284 and not 212 as written??

    I also noticed that the calories do not match. Example low day says 212 for post-workout meal meal plan 2 and high day for meal plan to post-workout is 272. A scoop of protein powder is 100 calories and if each muffin is 92 calories then that’s 284 calories for a scoop of protein and two muffins so it’s wrong on both

    I was wondering the same about women’s meal plan 2 it says 212 for post workout low day and 272 high day. Low and high day is exactly same protien powder and 2 muffins but that is 284 cal. It doesn’t match rather day

    Is it ok to split the weight training some in morning and rest later? Or should it be done all at one time

    I am 5’6 and a quarter. I am 184 pounds. I feel that meal plan 3 may be too many calories since I want to lose as well. which one should i go by?
