    On the workout calendar it says DB deadlift but video shows BB deadlifts, which would you prefer to do? Thank you!

    Hi Nicole,
    I struggle with increasing my weight on bench press and would love to see improvement but don’t want to give up training other areas of my body and not add too much more time in the gym. I follow all your programs and workouts…as far as weight training. How long has it taken you to get to pressing 45s? Thanks!!

    Thank you, Nicole!!! I feel I would fail if I don’t have a plan, so thank you for getting together another plan!!! I am on board!! I feel I still need to loose about 10 pounds to be in the area I would be thrilled with. This experience and challenge has been so amazing and am so grateful for it!!
