    Hi Bridget. I thought I replied to your other post maybe it didn’t go through.
    I bought Rule 1 peach mango. It’s really good plus electrolytes.
    You can usually buy any BCAA on Amazon or Walmart or target too.

    I feel weights are more important.

    Hi! I wondered the same. I use an app to track my macros. And I guess you can use one or the other or both carb and fat.

    TO COUNT YOUR ALCOHOL AS A CARBOHYDRATE:

    Use the total number of calories in a drink divided by 4

    Example: 5 ounces of Red Zinfandel = 132 calories 132 calories/4 = 33g Carbs

    After I drank my glass of wine I felt bad for drinking it and wish I ate food instead lol

    I would pack some turkey meatballs and veggie. You could also pack your protein powder and mic w water. Rice cakes travel easy too.

    Click on the exercise in the ebook for the videos. Sometimes it takes a minute, but another page pops up and I scroll down to see the video.

    OMG I felt the same way today! I haven’t been in this much of a calorie deficit since my 20’s lol. I’ve been in a build for the past several months and miss my food.
    I pushed through every exercise today – those giant sets were a killer for sure!
    We’re all in this together 🙂
