    Thank you. You would probably would be able to make more than one serving at once which means less cooking. Less cooking the better 😄😄

    Rest pause is mentioned on weeks 2/4/6 training split under Intensity Techniques. It is the first technique mentioned.

    Correction, I am starving. I also do 2 days of steady state walking on a treadmill for approx 25-30 min twice a week keeping my heart rate around 130.
