    I also would like to know. I need to combine 2 days. I drive for a living so I’m only able to work out 4 days. Thanks!

    To clarify I am only able to train (cardio included) on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. I drive truck cross country the other 4 days in the week. Just trying to get as much training in those days as possible for results without overdoing it. I’ll do as you suggested!! Thank you for helping!!

    One more question. I see all the substitutions for fruit. Is banana the best for post workout? I’ve always seen banana. So where would the other fruits fit in the plan. (Or are there different plans coming each week that will have fruit in them?). Hope I’m not jumping the gun lol. Just want the best for recovery!!

    That’s my favorite. Tastes great in my opinion. I’m also getting devotion with stevia. Going to mix them. (Trying to get away from sucralose much as possible)

    I have a question on the protein. I absolutely love egg whites. I know they are faster absorbing than meat. Is that why they are not on the list of substitutions? For hunger we need to stick with meats? Thanks!!!
