Thanks so much, like I said although I have some experience getting deeper into measuring has changed me forever… Still trying to grasp measuring solid food according to program guide. Weighing food cooked per cup or oz or grams… the nutritional value of food per oz/gram varies…
veggies example = eggplant – 4 oz filled my 1 cup = 8 carbs, 40 calories…do I have the 1 cup or eat 8 oz???
I’m probably making this harder than needed but can you brake it down a little more?
