    I wonder if its acceptable for you to apply the HITT program laid out for the other pieces of equipment however just use your stationary bike.

    I am 5’10 and 138lbs, I am coming off of a restricted diet like many of you and by doing this challenge this is a surplus for me. However, my body is now assimilating all the protein, fasts, and carbs and yes, I notice the positive response by my body. I have amazing energy, I’m npt drowsy during my day and my lifts are much stronger. Its almost similar to when you paint a wall that hasn’t been painted in quite some time, the wall soaks up the paint quite readily, and in no time….gorgeous! Stick to the plan ladies, trust it don’t doubt it, your bodies will respond positively.

    I cant see why not, I add ginger and tumeric to mine, splash of lemon juice, all set!
