    I had to start the program late but, what is the plan for cardio? I couldn’t find it among the ebook or challenge page. I’m probably overlooking it but, when or what days are we supposed to do the cardio?

    I’m in the same boat as you! I was getting a little concerned as well because I’ve seen no progress, even though I’ve stuck to this program 100%. I did the 60 day challenge and lost 20lbs and inches (same as you, most in the first 30 days); I’m looking to lose fat right now, hence why I joined this program (plus I love all of Nicole’s programs). I sleep well, stress is low, I’m consistent in my workouts/eating… I’m taking the advice of Naomi and the other members here and plan on riding it out too but, know you are not alone.
