ParticipantMy husband keeps asking me this because he’s been a trainer for 15 years and keeps telling me unless I’m doing hit to keep my heart rate lower in my fat burn zone. Now I’m all kind of confused because of course I want to do what Nicole has laid out but I just want an understanding to why 140-150 instead of you fat burn zone hr? Which mine is around 130.

ParticipantI take mine during every workout and sometimes after if I do t drink my protein shake right away. You can drink it up to 3 times a day and even on your off days.
