    My husband keeps asking me this because he’s been a trainer for 15 years and keeps telling me unless I’m doing hit to keep my heart rate lower in my fat burn zone. Now I’m all kind of confused because of course I want to do what Nicole has laid out but I just want an understanding to why 140-150 instead of you fat burn zone hr? Which mine is around 130.

    I’m substituting a few things as well and making sure my macros match. I use my fitness pal to track it all.

    Ok thanks! I will definitely make sure my abs are more stable during my reps. I could feel my form slipping alittle with the last two. I am postpartum so that is definitely something to work on with my abs.

    I would definitely be drinking aminos after doing hit if your splitting up your workouts.

    Yes consider BCAAs protein without calories and a shield to keep your body from using your muscle as fuel.

    Thank you for the reply. I am actually on meal plan 3 as I am 5’7 and close to 160 as I am 3 months postpartum as well. Thanks

    I take mine during every workout and sometimes after if I do t drink my protein shake right away. You can drink it up to 3 times a day and even on your off days.

    I couldn’t train yesterday so I did legs today. I have 4 kids so schedules can be alittle all over the place.
