I’m really thinking about going back to phase 1 after phase 2 – back & forth each month. I’ve only lost 5lbs this whole time & severe bloating by 3 each day. I am following everything exactly so not sure what my issues is…but I’m not giving up!
My batter was a little thin, but let it sit there for the 5 minutes. Once cooked they came out fluffy – I just hope I’m not eating to much of them. I didn’t see the measurements until after mine were cooked!
