I was wondering why we are doing sumo deadlifts for the third challenge in a row. Also, the glute/hamstring day of weeks 1-3 is almost identical to the last challenge’s as well. Seems like a lot of repetitive movements lately. Thanks.
Ok so the thick resistance band is ok to use as a “hip circle”? Just want to make sure since it wasn’t in demo video. Thanks for asking this question Samantha!
