ParticipantThank you for sharing!! Yes I am trusting the process and I wanted to report that I lost 2 lbs ?. I can’t tell you how happy I am. I’m sure some of it is water but I will take it. Finally broke back into the 140’s and I’m stoked.
I’m in the Plan 2 as I am 5’6”. So I’m just running with it and doing my best. Let’s keep killing it and see where it takes us!! ❤️Brandy Morgan-Kochel

Participant*not interested in going the wrong way. I have a decent amount of muscle and don’t really want to gain much more. At least in my legs

ParticipantI am worried about weight gain too as even after day one I have some bloat. I don’t usually eat this many carbs and it makes me feel heavy. I hope to get some assurance as I have been working hard the last few months at shedding fat . I’m most interested in going the wrong way.
