Thank you, Naomi. I read that in the nutrition section and looked at my oatmeal label before submitting previous post. MFP and my own oatmeal and blueberry labels matched up to the numbers that I calculated by hand and in MFP, not what was in the plan. I just want to make sure I get the adequate amount of nutrition in!
Also, I made the teriyaki chicken and broccoli today and its a great recipe! Def hits the salty taste buds/cravings!
