    hey Nicole !
    I am currently in an off season before 2016 and I am trying to figure out a good off season diet that will help build muscle without too much excess body fat. I train 6 days a week with lifting along with crossfit conditioning but I am wondering if all the extra “cardio” from the met cons is reducing my ability to gain muscle. thank you so much for what you do !
