    Same here!

I’m measuring and weighing everything. I did see where you’ve said several times to follow measurements as set forth in meal plan. However there are huge discrepancies. I feel lost.
If I do what you’ve laid out in meal plan this is what I get. The blue is what I’m supposed to have. Please help! I had this same issue with the last challenge. Should I adjust meals. The issue is with almond butter and egg whites.

About how many grams would you say a large apple is? I’ve been doing 300g but want to be certain of how much. Thank you!

My Quads are still sore from Tuesday’s leg day. Is it ok to take glutamine at this point to see if this will alleviate some of the soreness as it’s a bit painful. How much glutamine if so?

Nicole, I’ve tried plugging all the meals you have on the meal plan into MyFitnessPal as suggested. Macros come up a little different and I assumed that might be due to different brands. Should I get macros to what you suggest even if this means changing portions or is it more important to stick with precise measurements?
